Additional Information

Please make checks payable to: Virginia A. Everbeck
Cottages available late-May through late October, Saturday to Saturday
Check-in time 3 pm or later on Saturday, check-out time 10 am on Saturday
A deposit of $400 per cottage per week is required with reservation
Above rates do not include 7% Maine Lodging Tax
Balance is due two weeks prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy

A two-week cancellation notice is required.

A fee of $20 per person per night is charged for extra guests
No pets
No smoking
Cottages are rented for full weeks only.
